How do you ensure the condition of the boxes during shipping?

We understand that box condition is vital for collectors. Every item is wrapped in premium bubble wrap and shipped in a heavy-duty corrugated box to ensure it arrives in mint condition.

Are all your products 100% authentic?

Yes, we guarantee that every item sold at Pop Collectibles is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the manufacturers themselves.

What is your return policy for collectibles?

We offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that items with broken factory seals or 'blind box' items cannot be returned once opened.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of your order.

Can I cancel a pre-order item?

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee as we reserve that specific inventory for you.
