At Pop Collectibles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the collectible in its original packaging and use a sturdy outer box with protective padding to ensure it reaches us in mint condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
